Job Title: Fundraising & Sales Coordinator

Direct Supervisor: The Senior Partner at the United Group
Employment: Full Time

The basic task for the Fundraising & Sales Coordinator is to work on signing contracts with donors in Egypt or abroad, whether the donors that have cooperated with the United Group or with new donors that s/he works to find so as to implement projects in the fields which UG works in or other fields that s/he suggests. S/he will also be responsible for proposing ideas for these projects, develop them in accordance with the templates of the donors and negotiate them with the officers of those donors to finalize the contracts with them.
This position also requires selling and promoting other services that UG provides, specifically in the field of legal services and consultations for embassies, foreign and Arab companies and agencies inside Egypt and abroad.
The successful candidate for that job is the one who has previous outstanding experience in the fields of Fundraising & Sales. S/he should be detail oriented, possessing high communication, negotiations and writing skills. Furthermore this candidate should be able to handle all the duties of the position and accepts assigned special tasks.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop and formulate projects suitable for applying for funds from different donors.
• Strengthen the relations of the United Group with the donors that it deals with and open new communication channels with other donors.
• Use the databases of the United Group, reclassify them and develop new databases to serve UG's purposes.
• Sells the legal and consulting services provided by UG to embassies and foreign and Arab bodies.
• Achieve a monthly or quarterly sales target.
• Reach new clients and donors for the United Group.
• Propose means and methods to promote the services provided by the United Group and developing budgets for that.
• Organize sales and marketing meetings with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• An appropriate university degree.
• Good command of Arabic and English, fluency in other languages is an asset.
• Two years experience in the field of Fundraising & Sales.
• Excellent organizational and writing skills.
• Proficiency in dealing with computer programs.
• Can work under pressure.
Benefits:
- Monthly salary compatible with the experience, in addition to a percentage of the sales that exceeds the set sales target.
- Obtaining training courses to raise his/her capabilities and develop.
