Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
  • prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • implement and maintain office systems
  • maintain schedules, calendars, calendars & arrange appointment
  • organize internal and external events
  • set up and maintain filing systems
  • communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
experience :
          2-4 years

Education :
Suitable B.A
1-      Proven experience in information and communication management.
2-      Required typing speed.
3-     Excellent English Language.
4-     Excellent Computer Skills.
5-     Business Writing Skills.
