Recruitment Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare the job description for any needed vacancies under the supervision of the HR Manager then be approved by the authorized persons.
2. Fill in the recruitment request (attached) by line manager and get the required approvals before sending to group recruiter attached with the job description
3. Coordinate for panel interviews in subsidiary attended by Line manager and Idrak HR Manager.
4. Make sure that interview assessment form (attached) are filled and attend debriefing meeting after the panel to collect the integrated assessment forms (attached) form Kept update with
5. Maintain proper filing physical and electronic for interview assessment forms that help in retrieving assessment when required.
6. Coordinate for final interviews if required by subsidiary CEO.
7. Prepare immediately once get the final interview results the offer with help of HR manager to selected candidates and send regret email to rejected ones.
8. Update the report of the interview status for all the interviewed candidates who accepted the offer and when will start and who declined and why- then send the updated report to the HR Coordinator in Group.
9. Prepare induction logistics of new hires and induction meetings for each group of 10 new hires
10. Can participate in sourcing by sending referral if available to Group Recruiter
Qualifications:
Education
• University Degree in preferably business oriented
• Min 1 year experience in HR field
