EPG is Electroic Program Guide. The TV guide related to every satellite channel. It is mainly about data entry for the guide. Like TV program name and time.

Responsibilities

Position is responsible for the all aspects and day-to-day maintenance of the EPG. The position will:

* Work closely with scheduling and programming satellite channels
* Maintain relationships with EPG providers
* Updates EPG as changes occur
* Review daily online EPGs to ensure accuracy
* Oversee titling and descriptions of episodes
* Write and edit copy
* Keep up-to-date on epg/scheduling best practices
* Channel grouping
*Test channels and make sure that they are working properly.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Must be proactive, detail oriented and extremely organized
* Excellent verbal, writing and communication skills
* Excellent spelling, vocabulary and grammar
* An outgoing personality and team player
* Ability to work under tight deadlines
* Quick learner with an ability to handle multiple tasks
* Highly motivated and strong work ethic
* Excellent oral and written communications skills required
* High-energy and ability to work well with all levels of employees, as well as creative and business people of all personality types
* Previous marketing, television, or communications experience a big plus.
