HR Manager

Role & Responsibilities:
Role:
Partnering with company’s management team to ensure alignment of HR delivery with business goals in their area of business. Enhance organizational & people capability and build a high performance culture by utilizing HR tools developed by Group HR Expertise Teams that facilitate & ensure HR service delivery in his/her company.
Main responsibilities include:
• Works with HR Expertise Teams to deploy and deliver HR interventions / solutions in his/her company
• Constructively provide feedback to Expertise Teams about HR solutions effectiveness in his/her company to amend if needed.
• Establish/monitor the HR events throughout the year that help in the communication between the employees of different departments and with company’s management team
• Ensure delivery of HR basics by recruiting, developing and retaining high calibre diverse individuals within the company’s Man Power Planning.


Recruiting:
• Work with group recruitment team on promoting the image of the company as an employer through productive participation in attending fairs, assessment centers, career days, etc..
• Partnering with line managers in anticipating manpower required to achieve business objectives.
• In coordination with group recruitment team source, test and interview potential candidates according to the approved recruitment policy.
• Coordinate for and lead the interview panels in his/her company to interview and select the shortlisted candidates by the group HR recruitment team
• Update group recruitment report with status of recruitment and interviews in his/her company.
• Ensure proper implementation of Induction Programs of new hires in his/her company to orient the new hire on the company internal systems and line managers and ensure that all attend Welcome to DMG Event.

Developing:
• Work towards enhancing organizational & people capabilities required to execute the business strategy
• Ensure that the development needs of company’s employees are recognized and effectively met so that employee potential is fully utilized by partnering with line managers in identifying the training needs of the employees and then coordinate with group HR development team to implement training and development programs that address the identified training needs.
• Make sure that the HR Development initiatives, practices and tools (like performance appraisal, 360, employee opinion survey, etc.) are effectively implemented in his/her company and train employees on all of the HR Development systems as per HRD calendar.

Retaining:
• Develop with company’s CEO the HR budget of his/her company payroll, benefits, insurance and other, monitor regularly the actual people cost versus the approved budget.
• Implements and supervises the administration of HR policies in the company, in accordance with group guidelines, in order to maximize company’s performance and efficiency.
• Create a motivating environment through reward & recognition programs whether cash or non cash programs
• Ensure that employees’ benefits like medical insurance service and other benefits schemes are well executed and employees are satisfied with its quality.
• In coordination with Group Compensation and Benefits department, create different pay and benefit scenarios that will ensure internal equity, salary market competitiveness and maximum return of investment for personnel expenditure.
• After taking necessary approval from his/her company CEO, ensure internal equity between his/her company’s employees with same job and capabilities

Personnel:
• In coordination with Group Personnel Manager monitors & addresses legal compliance issues to ensure compliance with labor law.
• Offer HR insight on all people related issues.
• Keep abreast of any Labor Law changes, provide advice to line managers on personnel issues, as well as assist in legal cases related to labor disputes, in order to ensure that the company abides by employment laws, all actions taken by management are legally covered, and employee's rights are protected.
• Ensure having positive relationship with labor governmental institutions
• Proposes actions to ensure that the Company’s external and internal HR issues are processed effectively, to achieve a motivational climate and project the Company's image as a good employer.

Qualifications:
Education
• University Degree in preferably business oriented
• Min 7 years experience in HR field
Skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of all HR tools and project management
