Qualifications:
Bachelor in computer science or computer engineering, a master degree in IT field is a plus.

Experience:
• The ideal candidate would have an executive experience in Senior IT management for no less than 7 years.
• Experience in educational and hospital processes and applications.
• Experience in startup operations i.e. Greenfield ITC projects, through the full cycle of startup projects including implementation for ITC infrastructure and applications.
• Experience in building ITC Policies and procedures from scratch.
• Proven Experience in project management for large ITC projects.
• Experience in local market is a plus.
