وصف الوظيفة:
1.Comply with recruitment policies and procedures, discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs and advise requests on each step to follow. 2.Collects Annual Hiring Plan from Dep. Heads & submit it to HR Manager & Chairman for approval. 3.Ensure title compliance and consistency with Giza Systems Organization Chart and HR Manager/HR Section Head. 4.Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the hiring plan. 5.Filter HR Mail to build a database of CVs. 6.Make sure the existence of updated job descriptions and grades for each title in the hiring plan before recruitment. 7.Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, by coordinating schedules and logistics. 8.Conduct interviews (phone, panel interviews etc) and reference checks. 9.Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions for GSST. 10.Organize advertisements for recruitment campaigns and attend employment fairs. 11.Notify applicants of results of selection process through job offers & JD if accepted and Thank You emails if rejected. 12.Ensure all the hired candidates have been selected upon hiring policy & procedures. 13.Conduct pre-employment English and IQ tests and screen results ands scores.

•Ensures that payroll is paid correctly & smoothly in the appropriate time across the company through supervision on direct reports. •Manage the employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure that the reward policy and administration meet the needs of the human resource function. •Analyze, evaluate and implement the compensation and benefit program ensuring that compensation and benefits are cost effective as well as competitively benchmarked against the marketplace. •Ensure that Compensation & Benefits policies and processes are integrated into other HR policies, specifically performance management, talent development, career management and recruitment. •Participating in preparation of annual salary increases and benefits budget. •Prepare plans for developing benefit programs to motivate employees and attract new hires. •Design & implement the annual appraisal system. •Undertake regular salary reviews. •Administrating payroll & maintaining records relating to staff.
المؤهلات:
BA. or Bsc. in any discipline. MBA is a plus.
High ability to influence , motivate and persuade others . •Have strong problem Solving, communication & Leader ship skills. •He must have high analytical abilities with strong knowledge of numbers.

1. Monitoring and administering Staff attendance & leaves balances according to labor law. 2. Administering all kind of records or transactions which reflect on Staff Monthly Payroll and any payments regarding wages & salaries and according to policies, procedures & Labor Law. 3. Participating in monthly payroll preparation 4. Preparing & handling Personnel issues (Work contracts according to labor law, Social insurance, hiring and termination processes according to labor & Social insurance law). 5. Handling all related issues to social insurance & Labor Office authorities. 6. Establish and maintain all personal files & records. 7. Administering and updating all necessary data on the payroll system (Attendance, Employee data and other related issues, etc.)
المؤهلات:
Education: Bsc. Of Business Administration or equivalent university degree Experience: 1-3 relevant experience. Specific Knowledge: Good command of Arabic & English Languages, Labor Law & Social Insurance knowledge, good computer skills.
