A Group Sales Manager is responsible for the monthly park sales target) the Park and its staff and has Hospitality accountability for planning, organizing and directing all Park services • Confer with potential customers regarding their advises on types of suggestion to consider it in long run plan for the Park. • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Implement the operational records and reports to Sales and Marketing Director to determine profitability. • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs • Direct and coordinate Sales activities including (Corporate, Group Events, Education, Travel & Tourism) • To be responsible for monitoring feedback between clients and SMFP on educational programs and activities --- as well evaluation of client visits. • Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures. • To be responsible for co-ordination within the SMFP Sales Management team for client visits and operational needs – to include, but not limited to, meal, ride, workshop and special event programs. • To be responsible pre-set educational retail activities as required for online sales and fulfillment. • To recommend educational retail program enhancements, additions and new revenue opportunities as appropriate. • Develop, manage and maintain an individual sales plan to support pre-set annual sales goals.
المؤهلات:
University Degree — in Business Administration or a related field. • Minimum two (2) years direct consumer retail sales position and-or internal direct telemarketing position • Sales and Marketing — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

Prior experience in the CRM field is an asset. - Skills: Excellent customer service orientation, intimate knowledge of customer needs, empathy for customer situation, strong interpersonal, listening & analytical skills with attention to detail. Professional written & verbal communication in English & Arabic, with ability to write reports and develop business presentations. MS office & database skills.
