  • Job Skill Pool: Tires Retail Work Pattern: Show Room Hours 10:00 AM to 10:00PM Works within the Accounting team for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

  •          Responsibilities:

    • Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry.
    • Prepare daily deposits of sales receipts.
    • Reconcile bank account.
    • Communicate with the show room manager and other staff.
    • Prepare authorized refund vouchers when needed.
    • Investigate and collect returned items.
    • Maintain returned check account.
    • Maintain chargeback account.
  •          Skills:

    • Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
    • Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work without direct supervision.
    • Good computer skills, Microsoft Excel is a plus.
    • Fair reading, writing and speaking English language.
  •          Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant Accounting experience is preferred.
